Virginia started her journey with CrossFit in 2016 when she and her daughter decided they needed a more challenging fitness routine. They sure found it! But they also found a family and a community second to none. Along the way Virginia felt strongly that she wanted to share her passion for all things CrossFit as a coach. Virginia currently holds not only her CrossFit Level 1 Coach but also her USAW Weightlifting Level 1 Coach certification and she plans to obtain the CrossFit Nutrition Level 1 next.

Jonny Minns

COACH

With over 10 years of coaching experience, Coach Jonny, brings a diverse background having worked with athletes and clients of all ages. (7 & up) Coach has worked with individuals recovering from injuries, postpartum training, Silver Sneakers, competitive Team Sports, Weightlifting, Powerlifting, and CrossFit athletes throughout the Central Florida area. When Coach isn’t instructing CrossFit classes he’s busy giving cues and analyzing movements for our Sanford Strength Athletes. Sanford Strength is an Olympic Weightlifting Program designed to increase strength and perfect weightlifting techniques. More times than not, when you walk through the doors at CFMS, you’ll be met with a big smile and a big hello from this guy!

Michael Kamargo

COACH

Michael grew up in Bethesda, Maryland. He has had a passion for fitness and sports from a young age playing basketball and golf in high school. In 2011 he graduated with an Associates Degree in Business from Montgomery College. After college, he pursued his dream of becoming a professional golfer and played until 2014. In 2015, shortly after retiring from professional golf, his love and enthusiasm for fitness and sport led him to CrossFit where he now competes and coaches. He enjoys coaching classes as well as working 1-on-1 with people to meet their individual needs.

Steve Wahl

OWNER / COACH

Steve started working out at a young age for sports. Over the years he’s done various sports from kids club wrestling to college football, but even though the sport changed what has always remain the same is his passion for fitness and love for the gym. After powerlifting for over 12 years, Coach Steve started CrossFit, which led to him opening CFMS, a place where he could combined his passion for fitness and coaching. With over 35 years of experience in the gym, Coach Steve has seen a lot and he loves to bring the wisdom and knowledge gained through those experiences to every CFMS member day after day.

HOLD POLICY

Month-to-Month Membership Agreements and Annual Membership Agreements: You may place your Membership on hold two (2) times per calendar year up to three (3) consecutive months each time. Advanced notice of at least two (2) business days is required. The hold must be 30 days in duration at a minimum and 30 days must elapse between holds. Upon expiration of the term of the hold, your account will automatically become active and payments will resume. Should you choose to return prior to the end of their hold period, the hold will be released and payments will resume.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All membership agreements require 30-days written notice to cancel your membership. This form will serve as your 30-days written cancellation notice. Note that if you have a scheduled renewal payment within 30-days of your invoice billing date, the payment will be processed as scheduled. Your membership will be canceled at the end of your final paid month. All payments are non-refundable. All grandfathered membership rates will also be forfeited and returning members will be subject to current rates.
